For the sixth consecutive year, First Federal Bank of California was the “Perfect Game” title sponsor for the Westside Shelton and Hunger Coalition’s SuperBowl-A-Thon XIII. Funds raised from the SuperBowl-A-Thon help to fund food, hygiene supplies, transportation, and other services to the homeless community in Santa Monica.

First Fed sent three teams to represent the Bank at this year’s event (Hannum, Retail Banking and Commercial Banking). On March 12th, an awards breakfast sponsored by The Lobster in Santa Monica was held to thank everyone for their participation.  The Bank and the Retail Banking team were honored for collecting the most pledge dollars of any team at this year’s event.

Congratulations to Team Hannum (Team Captain – Greg Ogilbee, Albert Raymond, MarAnn Thornhill, Astrid Valle and Mary Lynn Davidson)! Their combined efforts, along with the participation of the Hannum employees, resulted in a donation of over $500 to this worthwhile charity.
