Khaliah Couch, promoted to Assistant Vice President, FirstFed Direct, had over eight years of banking experience and five years of call center supervisor and management experience when she joined First Fed In September 2007. In the past year and a half, Khaliah has developed an excellent working knowledge of FirstFed products and services and has demonstrated excellent management skills with both clients and employees.Khaliah has gained a solid grasp and ability to manage call center systems and reporting. She has also demonstrated the ability to quickly gain understanding, apply what she has learned, effectively manage resources and most importantly, provide outstanding service to our clients. Congratulations Khaliah on your promotion.
Lili Jandaghi, promoted to Assistant Vice President,Branch Manager of the Hermosa Beach office. Lili joined First Fed in May of 2006 as a Personal Banker at the Santa Monica office. She has an eight-year banking career which started at Bank of America as a teller in 2001. She brings well-rounded experience in both sales and operations which have been proven by her performance with First Fed. Lili is a four-time Winner’s Circle honoree and was elected to the Circle of Excellence in 2008. She is currently participating in the Bank’s 2009 Management Training Program.
Welcome John Manning as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager, Agoura Hills office. John has over 12 years of managerial experience, and spent the last 4 years at Bank of America, where he managed a successful branch in the Woodland Hills area. Prior to his banking experience, John was a store manager at several retail stores for eight years. He is very focused on client service and recognizes how that builds relationships and generates sales opportunities. In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his wife Christy (our Branch Manager at Encino) and their 1 year old son Gavin.
Richard Williamson, Instructional Technology Specialist, promoted to Assistant Vice President, Training. As a member of our First Fed University staff, Richard has been instrumental in placing our training functions on the cutting edge of using technological solutions for employee development.Prior to joining First Fed as a Training Specialist in 2000, Richard has a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and a Masters of Education Degree in Instructional Technology.
